1. General information
Our company is committed to protecting your privacy. That is why your personal data are processed in strict compliance with the relevant legal provisions. In addition, we implement the security measures that are required to ensure an adequate level of protection of your personal data from unauthorised access.

3. Personal data that are collected and processed
When you send us a request, whether through our website www.allverbier.ch or through our agency, we collect and process the following data:
- Contact details.
- Purpose of your request (including the property concerned).
- Occupational data.
- Salary data.
- Bank data (in the event of a mortgage) and financial data.
- Real estate data (for the property concerned), including maintenance costs, consumables, sinking fund, history of renovations, rents, condominium-related data (plots, shares, allocation of service charges), etc.
- Credit data.
- Insurance-related data (in particular third-party insurance and/or home insurance).
- Administrative data (related to the acquisition of a property, if necessary).

4. Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data
We process your personal data in order to conclude and/or perform the contracts that you wish to conclude or have concluded with us. We also process your data in order to respond to your requests and/or orders. The legal basis is Article 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR.
Lastly, we process your data in order to defend, if necessary, our legal rights or to recover money that we are owed. The legal basis is Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR (interest in defending our legal rights).
5. Categories of recipients to whom your data are transferred
Your personal data are not transferred to third parƟes without your consent, subject to the following provisions.
We may be obliged to transfer your data to the following categories of recipients:
- Rentalps online rental store service providers (https://www.rentalp.com/fr/) and Homealp (https://www.homealp.com/), if you contact us through our website;
- Service providers that are required to perform the contracts concluded with you (for example, the service provider responsible for maintaining your property if we take over the management, or the notary public if you purchase or sell a property);
- Owner of the building in which you wish to rent an apartment, etc. (in connection with the conclusion of a rental contract);
- Other co-owners in the same condominium (if we take over the management of your condominium);
- Public authorities (based on a legal obligation that binds us or on an injunction applied to us);
6. Retention period of your personal data
Your personal data are retained only as long as is necessary to complete your orders and to respond to your requests. If you conclude or have concluded a rental or brokerage contract with us, your data are retained for the duration of the relevant contractual relationship. In addition, we archive your data for the duration of the statutory requirements that apply to our contractual relationship. Your data are deleted at the end of this period.
7. Social networks
We maintain and develop profile pages on the Facebook social networking site. We regularly publish content and product recommendations on these pages. 8. Transfer of data abroad
Your personal data are stored in Switzerland or in a European Union Member State. The data are transferred abroad in cooperation with our partners specified above. The destination countries, apart from Switzerland, are all situated in the European Union (mainly Ireland), and have a level of data protection that is deemed adequate by the European Commission.
